Gantry Crane Operator (NG Person)
Location:
Tilbury, South East England
Hours:
07:30 - 18:00
Duration: 2 Months
A leading power and utilities contractor is currently seeking a Gantry Crane Operator (NG Person) to support Power Transmission & Distribution works on a National Grid project.
Duties include:
Operating gantry crane equipment on a National Grid site
Supporting lifting operations in a live power environment
Working in accordance with National Grid rules and procedures
Assisting site operations as required
Carrying out pre-use checks and maintaining equipment standards
Maintaining high health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
NG Person authorisation
Experience operating gantry cranes
Previous Power T&D or National Grid project experience
Strong understanding of site safety and lifting operations
