CNC Lathe Machinist B – 2nd Shift
Shift: 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines on 2nd shift to produce parts according to specifications.
- Review and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work orders to determine correct machine setup and machining sequence.
- Perform changeovers between jobs efficiently to support production schedules.
- Conduct in-process inspections to verify dimensions and quality of parts using appropriate measurement tools.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of inspections, production data, and any adjustments made during machining.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machining and setup issues, applying problem-solving skills to maintain quality and throughput.
- Follow established Class B competency standards and shop procedures to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve issues as they arise.
- Keep the work area, machines, and tools clean, organized, and in safe operating condition.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Northfield, NH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $75504.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
