Direct Care and Nursing Stipend up to $25.00/week.
Hourly Differentials- $4.00 - 2nd shift
- $7.00 - 3rd shift
- $2.00 - weekends
- All shifts available
- Must work equivalent of one weekend per month
LPN I – Performs nursing care to residents within an assigned work unit under the supervision/direction of a Registered Nurse. Acts in accordance with the objectives set forth by the nursing department guidelines.
LPN II – Performs certified level nursing care to residents within an assigned work unit under the supervision/direction of a Registered Nurse. May work in a charge nurse capacity and acts in accordance with the objectives set forth by the nursing department guidelines.
Your Experience CountsEach additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.
Minimum QualificationsLPN I
- Education:
Completion of a recognized school of practical nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration. - Experience:
No experience required other than that obtained through required training. - License/Certification:
Must possess a current license as a practical nurse or temporary permit issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration pending the results of the licensing examination.
LPN II
- Education:
Completion of a recognized school of practical nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration. - Experience:
Three years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. - License/Certification:
Must possess a current license as a practical nurse and be certified by the National Federation of Licensed Practical Nurses (NFLPN), Inc. or an organization recognized by the NFLPN, Inc. licensing examination.
Employees may be promoted to the Licensed Practical Nurse II level based on the following requirements:
