About the Role

As a Sales Associate for LOFT Outlet, you are the ultimate brand ambassador. You create authentic connections with customers and guide their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store looking beautiful by ensuring merchandise is well‑organized and in the right place on the sales floor, ready to impress customers. You'll collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support our always‑inviting environment on the sales floor.

  The Tanger Outlets Center, Tilton, NH
• Hours:
  
  Sunday 10am‑6pm;
  Monday‑Saturday 10am‑8pm (closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
• Shift Length: 4‑6 hours
• Pay Range: $12.00‑$14.00 per hour

• Ability to work Saturdays or Sundays.
• Technology proficient; ability to use iPads/iPhones and online ordering.
• Cash handling/Cash Register skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members.
