COURT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Full‑time Position in any NEOFACS Office Location)
OverviewWorking together for the well‑being and safety of children, youth and families.
As a member of the Court Administrative Assistant team, the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to provide support to in‑house legal counsel as needed, assist with the preparation for trials (assemble trial records), assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence and file documents at the Court House.

- Assist with trial preparation, including assembling trial records.
- Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence.
- File documents at the Court House.
- A Law Clerk or Legal Assistant diploma or Paralegal Certificate is preferred. A College Diploma in Office Administration with a minimum of two years of relevant court experience may be considered.
- Knowledge of court forms including, but not limited to, applications, affidavits and motions.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proven computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
- Candidate must possess a minimum G2 driver’s license at the time of application and be willing to obtain a valid G Class driver’s license as a condition of employment or already possess a valid G Class driver’s license and have access to their own vehicle.
Salary: $46,426 – $55,044 annually.
