Levert is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Safety Administrator to support safety operations within the Capital Projects department. This role plays a key part in coordinating safety functions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting supervisors with administrative duties to ensure the successful implementation of health and safety programs.

Job Description
Manage and record safety meeting minutes
Coordinate safety-related functions and activities
Perform data entry and maintain safety records
Compile and report safety statistics for Capital Projects
Complete daily safety reports
Review and analyze risk assessments
Provide administrative support to department supervisors as required
Assist with general safety documentation and reporting processes
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum five (5) years of experience in project or contract administration
Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental practices
Advanced computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Demonstrated passion for safety
