About

the Role

We’re actively searching for a Travel Coordinator reporting to the Site Services Manager. This role provides administrative and travel coordination support to enable smooth, well‑organized mine site operations. The schedule for this position would be 7 on 7 off at our Sudbury location.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end‑to‑end travel and orientation arrangements for Côté Gold personnel, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, busing, special transport, and related documentation.
  • Act as primary travel contact, managing tests, restrictions, inquiries, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Côté Gold Travel Protocols and policies.
  • Drive efficient processes, systems, and performance goals while advising teams and mitigating risk.
  • Coordinate training, site orientation, and rotation schedules for employees and visitors.
  • Provide administrative and customer support, including scheduling, reporting, file management, and inventory control.
  • Support on‑site and off‑site events and provide backup administrative assistance as required.
Job Qualifications Key Skills & Knowledge
  • Minimum Grade 12 education.
  • Completion of a one‑ or two‑year college program in office administration, travel or tourism, or another related field would be an asset.
Relevant Experience
  • Prior working experience in the travel/logistics/protocol industry with good working knowledge of ticketing and travel logistics.
  • Previous experience working in the mining industry or camp travel logistics would be an asset.
  • Experience with protocol matters is preferred.

Salary Range: $70,800 – $97,400. The final offer is determined based on your individual skills, qualifications, and competencies and aligned with our commitment to internal equity.
