Position: Student Services Clerk at Northern College
Northern College seeks a dedicated Student Services Clerk for a full-time temporary role. Engage with students through in-person, phone, and email support while facilitating registrations and fee collections.

Reporting to the Campus Manager in Timmins, this position is vital for supporting student queries and ensuring smooth administrative functions. You will handle student registrations for both full-time and part-time candidates and manage various inquiries, all while maintaining efficient documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect fees and register students per established procedures

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

• Assist students in setting up tuition payment plans

• Complete documentation required for the ministry

• Upload information into electronic student files

Requirements:

• Two-year Diploma in Office Administration or related field

• Two years of relevant office experience in education

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Capable of obtaining a criminal record check
