Location: Gogama
Become an Accounts Payable Clerk at IAMGOLD, engaging in a contract role focused on supporting critical financial operations. Enjoy a lively office atmosphere while ensuring accuracy in accounts processing.
In this position, you will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and work on processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Your contributions will support compliance and operational integrity within the organization's financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and adjustments with high accuracy
• Reconcile discrepancies in invoices and supplier statements
• Develop vendor relationships for better issue resolution
• Assist in month-end reporting and audits
• Engage with finance teams to optimize workflows
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or certification in Finance or Accounting
• At least one year in accounts payable processing
• Expertise in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial policies
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
