This position is under the supervision of the Interim Director of Finance, where you will assist with vital tasks in the finance department. Responsibilities vary from processing invoices to updating financial spreadsheets, all while contributing to administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize financial documents for easy access

• Process invoices efficiently and accurately

• Update and maintain financial spreadsheets

• Perform basic data entry as required

• Support overall finance department operations

Requirements:

• Completed Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) required

• Enrollment in a financial post-secondary program is advantageous

• Advanced English written skills necessary

• Proficient in computers and keyboarding

• Bilingual in French and English is a bonus
