Become a Financial Services Representative 2 with Northern Credit Union in Kirkland Lake. Focus on sales effectiveness and deliver exceptional banking experiences for our members.

In this full-time position, you will report to the Market Manager and play a vital part in marketing our financial services while adhering to specific policies.

Your role includes managing diverse retail accounts and identifying growth opportunities in lending and wealth management. Participation in branch campaigns will elevate our sales culture and strengthen member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market the organization's financial products effectively

• Cultivate and maintain a complete member portfolio

• Identify opportunities for lending and investments

• Champion branch campaigns and team initiatives

• Build lasting relationships with members and non-members

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business or equivalent experience

• 3-6 years of experience in a sales/service role

• Hold a Mutual Fund License or complete requirements soon

• Continuous learning commitment to improve knowledge

• Strong self-initiative and teamwork skills
