Assistant Manager for OTC Trade Confirmations

Location: Larder Lake

Supporting the GWO OTC Confirmations team, your focus will be on monitoring unmatched trades and ensuring confirmations are completed effectively. You will resolve breaks and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Your experience in middle office operations and trade support will be vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor OTC trades for timely confirmation across products

• Resolve unmatched trades and implement corrective actions

• Expedite high-risk items to ensure timely resolution

• Contribute to operational initiatives impacting confirmation workflows

• Maintain adherence to internal control procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in trade support or capital markets operations

• Understanding of derivatives and confirmation processes

• Knowledge of post-trade processes and trade lifecycle

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in operations

• Experience with systems used for confirmations
