Hybrid Finance Superintendent Role

Join Lake Shore Gold in Timmins as a Finance Superintendent in this hybrid, full-time position. Oversee accounting functions, manage personnel, and ensure timely financial reporting to support operational excellence.

In this role, you'll report to the Director of Finance while managing key financial processes. Your focus will include maintaining internal controls and assisting in strategic planning across departments. Effective personnel supervision and communication at all levels will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end financial deliverables effectively

• Lead accurate and timely weekly payment processes

• Supervise daily operations for accounting departments

• Coordinate financial audits and reporting activities

• Maintain business relations with auditors and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or business

• CPA designation (CA, CMA, CGA) required

• 8-10 years of experience in a relevant role

• Familiarity with Oracle/Ramesys systems a plus

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
