We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and hotel management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service.

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel or facility.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and industrial cleaning practices.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
• Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management is highly desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
• Familiarity with custodial practices and procedures is an advantage.
