    Your Role as Manager of Proposals:

    Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home  the Manager of Proposals, your role will include:

  • Managing the daily workload of the Proposals team, including setting priorities and timelines.
  • Establishing departmental priorities and coordinating scheduling for researching, drafting, revising, and the submission of proposals.
  • Directing and evaluating proposals strategies.
  • Coordinating with Proposal Sponsors and Market Directors to create, manage, and track proposal content required to meet pursuit requirements.
  • Developing standardized proposal processes and procedures with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Reviewing all proposals prior to submission, ensuring quality control, requirements are met, and Style Guide is followed.
  • Maintaining Proposal Reference Library and Flowcase.
  • Preparing Statements of Qualifications and project profiles.
  • Maintaining AODA-compliant proposal templates and enforcing brand standards.
