Inside Sales Representative

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Compensation: Hourly wage (based on experience)

• Assist the outside sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-up.
• Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls and emails regarding products, pricing, availability, and stock levels.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Help customers select the correct industrial products, parts, tools, and equipment to meet their application needs.
• Prepare and send quotations, then follow up with customers to secure sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and orders.
• Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.
