Senior Exploration Supervisor at Agnico Eagle

Location: Kirkland Lake

Lead and inspire a dynamic team as a Senior Exploration Supervisor at Agnico Eagle, located in Dobie, Ontario. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on fieldwork to drive effective exploration projects.

In this senior role, you will report to the Exploration General Supervisor and engage in comprehensive planning and execution of exploration programs. You will work closely with field teams to adapt strategies and maintain safety and efficiency. Your mentorship will play a crucial role in developing geologists and students, making a significant impact on project advancement and team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver drilling, mapping, and sampling programs

• Mentor and develop field teams through coaching

• Integrate geological data to refine exploration models

• Prepare technical reports and proposal documents

• Ensure high standards for sampling and QA/QC practices

Requirements:

• Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering

• Registered as Professional Geologist (P.Geo.)

• Over 7 years of mineral exploration experience

• Experience with deep drilling programs is an asset

• Strong organizational and communication skills
