We specialize in bucket rebuilds, fabrication, and precision align boring for large production equipment. Our work supports operations where downtime is expensive and quality is critical.

We are hiring an experienced Align Bore Technician with a minimum of five years of hands on experience. This role includes both shop and field work, providing variety and responsibility. You will work on large mining equipment and be trusted to complete precision work to tight tolerances.

Regular schedule is Monday to Friday. Site work may be required depending on project needs.

• Perform precision align boring in the shop and at mine sites
• Set up, calibrate, and operate portable and shop based line boring equipment
• Measure and verify bores to specified tolerances
• Read and interpret drawings and OEM specifications
• Work closely with welders and fabrication staff to complete full repair scopes
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Follow all safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Represent the company professionally when working on site

• Minimum five years experience in align boring or heavy equipment precision machining
• Strong understanding of tolerances, measurements, and calibration
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Professional attitude and good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
