Kap Paper Inc. is hiring an Industrial Millwright with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, capable of applying mechanical knowledge and fabrication skills. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and buildings while complying with health, safety, and environmental standards, and may need to work weekends or shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute preventative maintenance on papermill machinery

• Repair and maintain associated structures and systems

• Participate in shutdowns and ensure minimal downtime

• Fulfill weekend and shift work responsibilities

• Address additional maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:

• Education in Industrial Maintenance or Red Seal

• 3-5 years of experience within manufacturing

• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge

• Skilled in welding and fabrication

• Excellent communication skills
