Mining Supervisor

Position: Mining Supervisor Role ON
Lake Shore Gold is seeking a skilled Underground Supervisor in Timmins, ON, to ensure safety compliance and team efficiency. This full-time position requires a relocation to the area.

In this role, you will supervise daily operations at the Timmins West and Bell Creek Mines. You’ll need to deploy equipment and monitor crew performance to meet production targets while adhering to health and safety regulations. Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities are key for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Train and assign tasks to crew members

• Monitor worker performance and safety adherence

• Manage materials and equipment deployment

• Conduct regular inspections for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8-10 years mining experience

• Supervisory Common Core certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
