Support A’Gic's mission as a Millwright and Maintenance Technician based in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. This full-time role is pivotal for equipment upkeep and operational efficiency within the plant.

As a Millwright Technician at A’Gic, you will take on essential support tasks in a manufacturing environment, ensuring all machinery operates safely and effectively. Your expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment will contribute significantly to the operational continuity of our facility. Additionally, you will embrace the enterprise's dedication to culturally informed practices while fostering a safe workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and inspect mechanical and hydraulic machinery

• Drive preventative maintenance to enhance equipment reliability

• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly

• Maintain safety and compliance with industry standards

• Collaborate with teams to achieve production goals

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related technical field

• 3–5 years of industrial experience required

• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

• Ability to interpret mechanical schematics

• Experience with in Indigenous contexts is a plus
