Industrial Electrician at GreenFirst Hearst

Location: Hearst

Become an Electrician for Green First Forest Products at the Hearst Sawmill, ON. You'll perform vital electrical maintenance and repair work on industrial systems.

In this role, you'll join a skilled maintenance team responsible for the upkeep of electrical and instrumentation systems. Your work will include reading and interpreting schematics, conducting preventive maintenance, and completing necessary safety checks. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repair is essential for minimizing production disruptions and maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct installations and repairs on electrical systems

• Analyze equipment performance and troubleshoot issues

• Execute preventive maintenance routines effectively

• Maintain all necessary records of maintenance actions

• Respond quickly to electrical emergencies

Requirements:

• Graduate from an Electrical Engineering Technology program

• Hold a valid Electrician License (C&M 309A or 442A)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks independently

• Familiarity with Lockout procedure standards
