We are seeking dependable welders who possess solid hands-on expertise and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ideal candidates must have experience interpreting blueprints, performing accurate fit-ups, and using welding equipment effectively. Familiarity with industrial or structural welding is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Weld and fabricate parts in the shop and field

• Interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings accurately

• Perform cutting, grinding, and material preparation

• Ensure quality control and meet safety standards

• Collaborate effectively with the team on-site

Requirements:

• Proven welding and fabrication experience

• CWB certification preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and safety commitment

• Valid G driver’s license is an asset
