IAMGOLD is searching for a Light Vehicle Technician dedicated to maintaining vehicle safety at the Cote Gold Mine Site. The role emphasizes your ability to diagnose, repair, and uphold quality standards while collaborating with a team. Your mechanical aptitude will be essential in performing repairs and routine maintenance on light-duty vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and identify vehicle issues

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks like oil changes

• Repair and replace vehicle components as needed

• Document all repairs and maintenance activities

• Follow safety procedures for tool and equipment use

Requirements:

• College diploma or related qualification in automotive service

• 310S Automotive Service Technician Red Seal certification

• Minimum five years’ relevant work experience required

• Previous mining experience is beneficial

• Ability to communicate well and work both independently and in a team
