IAMGOLD seeks an experienced Millwright with expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial machinery. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience and a diploma in industrial mechanics. You’ll collaborate with your team to optimize machinery performance and reduce downtime across the mining operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and schematics for installation

• Inspect and repair stationary machinery swiftly

• Maintain records of machinery operations and defects

• Participate in job safety analysis and improvements

• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial mechanics

• CWB welding certification an asset

• Ability to communicate effectively with the team

• Prior experience in open pit mining preferred

• Strong problem-solving skills required
