Mining Underground Welders - 4/3 - Up to $57/hr

Technica Mining is seeking Underground Welders to join their team in Timmins, Ontario. This role involves fabricating and welding structural steel for underground construction projects, operating underground equipment, and supporting the installation of mechanical systems. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, experienced in underground mining environments, and values a collaborative workplace culture.

- Basic Underground Hard Rock Mining Common Core (U0000, U0001, U0002, & U0012) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience, preferably underground
- Ability to read and interpret welding drawings, blueprints, and manuals
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment testing
- Openness to work at any Technica underground mine site in Sudbury
- Experience with maintenance and installation of crushers, conveyors, grizzlies, chutes, feeders, and non-electrical mine services
