Key Responsibilities:
• Develop team skills through focused coaching
• Respond to performance issues with respect and action
• Coordinate drilling activities for efficiency and compliance
• Review and finalize daily reports for client requirements
• Conduct regular shift meetings and risk management discussions
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in underground drilling supervisory roles
• Certification in First Line Underground Mine Supervision
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License and First Aid/CPR certification required
