As a Jumbo Drill Operator, you will play a crucial role in underground development drilling. Your experience will ensure precise drilling that adheres to specifications while maintaining a commitment to safety at all times. This role is aligned with Dumas’ dedication to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate jumbo drills according to line and grade specifications
• Install and maintain ground support structures
• Follow all safety guidelines and environmental regulations
• Conduct checks and maintenance on drilling equipment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of jumbo drilling experience
• Preferred:
Valid Ontario Underground Hard Rock Miner certification
• Capability to work in confined, physically demanding spaces
• Strong safety record and commitment to safety culture
