Elevate equipment reliability as a Reliability Technician at IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Mine in Ontario. Engage in predictive maintenance and improve operational efficiency across the processing plant.
IAMGOLD is seeking two Reliability Technicians for its Côté Gold Mine team. You will report to the Senior Maintenance Supervisor and will be involved in vibration analysis, infrared inspections, and lubrication sampling. Your proactive efforts will enhance production performance and minimize downtime, directly impacting the operational success of the mine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support preventive maintenance initiatives with millwrights
• Perform predictive maintenance tasks like vibration analysis
• Monitor equipment condition using dashboards and reports
• Maintain predictive maintenance tools effectively
• Collaborate on safety and risk management practices
Requirements:
• 2+ years technical degree or Certified Industrial mechanic
• 5 years maintenance experience in relevant environments
• Vibration analyst certification preferred
• Experience in gold mineral processing considered an asset
• Proficiency in maintenance software and reporting tools
