As the Mill Electrical Lead Hand, you'll report to the Mill Maintenance General Foreman and coordinate maintenance efforts. You will provide crucial technical support, manage daily work priorities, and troubleshoot various electrical issues that ensure smooth operations at the processing plant. Your leadership skills will guide electricians and apprentices as you work to improve safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily work for electricians and apprentices

• Provide technical troubleshooting and repair support

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues

• Promote safety and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Ontario Certified Industrial Electrician or Red Seal

• Minimum five years of electrical maintenance experience

• Two years of leadership experience preferred

• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems

• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills
