About the RoleAs a Commercial Insurance Advisor, you'll be on the front lines of assessing client's risk profiles and finding opportunities to enable better protection. You will drive sells from top‑of‑funnel to bottom, sourcing new clients and supporting them through the insurance transaction process. You will reach out to clients via cold calls, emails, and walk‑ins to introduce TBG and spark interest. Success in this role is measured by new business generated.
You'll be equipped with a strong list of pre‑qualified leads and supported by a team focused on collaborative growth. Additionally, you'll have a dedicated manager to help support your success.
- Make high‑volume cold calls daily to pre‑qualified prospects to schedule further conversations
- Own the transaction process from end‑to‑end and develop your book‑of‑business
- Use strategic research methods to connect with clients and find opportunities to better support their insurance needs
- Collaborated with team members to refine messaging and strategies for engagement
- Engage weekly with manager to track progress and refine goals
This role is open to those with little to no insurance knowledge. Our program is designed to bring in those with a strong work ethic and teach you the skills needed to be successful in this industry. You must be coachable and willing to work within our 2 year development program. At TBG, our goal is to graduate you into a Senior Producer with more earning potential and flexibility to own the entire process.

For Candidates located in Illinois, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be $45,000 - $60,000/year base salary. Additionally, we offer a generous commission program for both new and renewal business. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, bonus, and employee benefits.
