Car Wash Shift Lead
We are seeking a high energy, experienced leader to help deliver our guests a one‑of‑a‑kind car wash experience. As a Shift Lead at Gas N Wash, you will be responsible for learning about the day‑to‑day operations of the wash, as well as providing support for the management team. Job Responsibilities
- A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience for our guests.
- The ability to present, promote, and sell car wash memberships.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- The ability to help train and develop new employees.
- The ability to prioritize responsibilities and multitask.
- The ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually.
- The ability to learn how to run a shift, open and close the facility.
- Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.
- Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash facility.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed for guests and staff safety.
- The ability to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
- Learn all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
- Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
- Basic computer skills.
- Any duties assigned by leadership.
Pay starting at $19 - $21 + commission for car wash membership sales.

Job Requirements- Minimum 1 of leadership experience.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum guest satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Travel between locations for training and development purposes may be required.
