Responsible for accurately processing and completing automotive vehicle deals from sale through final delivery, ensuring all documentation, billing, licensing, and titling requirements are completed in compliance with dealership policies and state regulations.

• Process and finalize automotive sales deals, including retail, lease, and finance transactions.
• Review deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• Prepare and process vehicle billing, invoices, and funding documentation.
• Handle vehicle license and title processing, including registrations, title applications, transfers, and related paperwork.
• Submit title and registration documents to the appropriate state agencies and ensure timely completion.
• Verify vehicle and customer information, including VINs, taxes, fees, financing, and trade-in details.
• Work closely with sales, finance, accounting, lenders, customers, and state agencies to resolve discrepancies and missing documentation.
• Ensure deals are funded and posted accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records and follow all federal, state, and dealership compliance requirements.
• Research and resolve title, registration, billing, and deal discrepancies.
• Stay current on state licensing, title, tax, and registration requirements.
• Provide excellent internal and customer service while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
