Symbria is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team
, serving patients in Joliet and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve critical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is a plus but not required.
