Hours:

Monday‑Friday variable 8‑hour shifts between 7:00 am‑6 pm and every other Saturday 7:00 am‑1:00 pm. Full‑time, 40 hours/week.

Pay:
Base $17.65‑$26.50 per hour with opportunities for shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.

• Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture or finger stick) on adult and pediatric patients following aseptic protocols, accurate patient identification, and proper labeling.
• Collect specimens for laboratory processing, centrifugation, and storage.
• Prepare specimen transport and accompanying paperwork.
• Maintain a clean patient and work environment.
• Monitor phone and voicemail messages as needed.
• Monitor and order collection supplies as required.
• Receive patients professionally using AIDET/positive patient experience tools.
• Utilize computer systems to access patient/testing information.
• Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• National phlebotomy certification preferred (or eligibility to sit for exam).
• Prior phlebotomy experience or equivalent combination of training and healthcare field experience.
• Moderate knowledge of medical terminology and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Base pay $17.65‑$26.50 per hour; actual pay determined by skills, experience, education, certifications, geography, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
