Symbia is hiring a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist to join our Home Health Rehab Team serving patients in Tinley Park and surrounding areas. • Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes and act as a trusted partner to the community.

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is an advantage but not mandatory.
