Midland Oral Surgery & Implant Centers is seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Assistant II to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced surgical support to oral surgeons, ensuring efficient and safe procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Assist oral surgeons during complex surgical procedures, including implant placements and extractions.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile fields.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assist with patient positioning during surgery.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care instructions as directed.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and patient records.

• Proven experience as a Surgical Assistant II or equivalent role in oral surgery.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, techniques, and sterilization procedures.
• Ability to anticipate surgeon needs and respond quickly during procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Certification as a Surgical Assistant or relevant credentials preferred.
