Registered Behavior Technician - Rise Up for Autism

As an RBT at Rise Up for Autism, you'll play an essential role in helping children and families thrive. Our mission is to provide high‑quality, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that empower our clients to reach their full potential. We believe our team members are the heart of that mission.
What You'll Do- Work directly with children on the autism spectrum, using evidence‑based ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions while building supportive and positive relationships with each client
- Collect and record data on client progress to ensure effective treatment
- Collaborate closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to adjust goals and interventions as needed
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and fun environment where children can thrive

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children and families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a difference
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and run short distances if needed for client safety
- Previous experience in ABA, childcare, or education is a plus, but not required—we'll provide full training!
