Liberty Creative Solutions, Inc. is a multi‑generational, family‑run printing company located in the Southwest Suburb. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced 2nd shift Production Manager to oversee operations within our production facility.

• Supervise daily operations on the production floor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain an effective workforce through hiring, training, mentoring and coaching, including procurement of temps.
• Maintain good overall knowledge and functionality of the printers and finishing equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication between production and customer service on a continual basis.
• Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and discuss changes.
• Train new employees in operational procedures, safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety regulations.
• Provide leadership in the pursuit of SLA, quality, delivery and productivity goals.

• Proven experience in a print/manufacturing facility, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with both offset and digital printing equipment is essential; pre‑press knowledge is a plus.
• Must be results oriented with a high energy level and willing to invest the effort necessary to facilitate change.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
• Bilingual is a plus.

2:00 – 10:30 pm, Monday‑Friday; some weekend shifts may be required. Must be able to obtain a Class C Non‑CDL License within 6 months of hire.
