IV Infusion Registered Nurse (PRN) – Chicago, IL (Lincolnwood and Tinley Park)

Pay:$45 per hour

We are currently hiring PRN IV Infusion Registered Nurses (RNs) to serve patients throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a mobile infusion role serving skilled nursing facilities and long-term care centers. PRN nurses will support both the Lincolnwood and Tinley Park markets based on operational needs.

Candidates must reside within a 20 to 30 minute commute of either the Lincolnwood or Tinley Park office.

This role is ideal for experienced, compassionate nurses seeking flexible PRN work who are confident in IV therapy, comfortable working independently, and enjoy patient interaction in a mobile setting.

As a mobile IV infusion Registered Nurse (RN), you will travel to skilled nursing facilities and long-term care centers to administer IV hydration and medication therapy to geriatric patients, many of whom are considered “hard sticks.” Our patients rely on you to be accurate, clinically skilled, and compassionate in every interaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for hospital nurses, emergency room (ER) nurses, IV specialists, and Registered Nurses with long-term care experience who are seeking a PRN role with increased autonomy, flexible weekday scheduling, and the ability to step away from traditional hospital environments while continuing to make a meaningful clinical impact.

• Submit a minimum of six available weekdays per month by the 20th of the prior month
• Minimum commitment of two shifts per month
• Mobile role traveling to skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes
• Comfortable driving up to 1.5 hours one way, home every night
• Travel directly from home to assigned facilities
• Vehicle stipend provided, drive time is not paid
• RN role with flexible weekday availability based on operational need

• Administer intravenous (IV) infusions and medications
• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
• Communicate effectively with physicians and facility staff
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of all patients
• Work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Minimum 2 years of IV therapy experience
• Reliable transportation and smartphone
