HVAC Service Technician - NO ON CALL

Our HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

• Run on average 4-5 maintenance and/or service calls daily
• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
• Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning.
• Deliver 5-star while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

• Pay:
  Potential earnings $70,000 - $150,000/annually
• Schedule:
  Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm OR Wednesday – Saturday 8:00am – 7:00pm OR Sunday Wednesday 8:00am – 7:00pm

• 2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC Service
• EPA certified preferred but not required
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
• Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date
