Our Licensed Service Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Run on average 4-5 residential service calls daily
• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential plumbing equipment
• Present tailored solutions that align with each customer's needs
• Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
• Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
• Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
• Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Pay and Benefits

• Pay:
  On-target earnings up to $150,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)

Requirements

• Plumbing License is required
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing is highly preferred
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
