Key Responsibilities
*** Provide IEP counseling services and social-emotional support
* Attend and participate in IEP meetings
* Complete IEP documentation and progress reports
* Collaborate with school-based special education teams
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Engage with families and community-based supports when appropriate
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture  
** What We’re Looking For
*** Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
* ** Professional Educator License (PEL)
** with a School Social Worker endorsement
* Experience in schools or special education is a plus
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major asset but not required
* Passion for inclusive, student-centered support and school collaboration
