Accounting Manager - Property Accounting

Growing commercial real estate owner/developer is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. This role will partner closely with leadership while reviewing outsourced accounting activities and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

• Oversee month-end close for multiple commercial properties
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and operating reports
• Prepare lender and investor reporting
• Monitor cash activity, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
• Support budgeting, audits, and year-end reporting
• Coordinate with asset management, property management, and external accounting partners

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Property accounting experience required
• Experience managing multiple properties/entities
• Yardi or similar real estate accounting software preferred
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
• Public accounting background is a plus

• Monday-Friday
• Fully in-office
