Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist - Flexible, Sustainable Practice Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced psychiatrist to join our thoughtfully designed outpatient practice.

The position is ideal for psychiatrists who are looking to slow the pace, reduce administrative burden, and practice high-quality, relationship centered psychiatry in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Our practice was built around the belief that whole body care is essential for physical and emotional wellbeing. We practice both integrative and traditional medicine and feel excellent psychiatric care comes from time, presence, and professional fulfillment, not volume driven medicine.

• Flexible part-time position that can transition to full-time in the future if desired
• Hybrid option or office based if desired
• Low patient volume with meaningful visit times
• 90 minute new patient appointments and 30 minute follow-up visits
• No more than 13 patients a day
• 1.5 hours of available administrative time a day
• No overnight call or weekend responsibilities
