BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Tinton Falls. This position offers consistent weekend daytime hours and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship while helping a client remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support the client’s daytime routine, comfort, and safety
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care needs
• Follow an individualized care plan and observe any changes in condition
• Maintain a respectful, calm, and supportive care environment
• Communicate effectively with BAYADA’s clinical and office teams

• Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
• Availability for both Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent weekend care
• Compassionate, patient focused approach
• Ability to work independently in a one on one home care setting
