IT Support Specialist

Position Overview:

This full-time position provides technical support, logistics and systems administration for a technology driven commercial printer. The primary function of the role is assisting staff with their day-to-day technology needs, trouble ticket resolution, and assistance with logging and documentation.

• Provide exemplary first response troubleshooting for all hardware, software, and network related issues.
• Software & hardware installation.
• New user provisioning
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Phone System Administration
• Security Systems Administration
• Mobile Device Management
• Printer Management
• Provide staff training on software, hardware, policies and procedures.
• Maintain logs and reporting of technology assets and compliance.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Occasional off-hours work may be required.

• Preferred 2 years related experience of IT support and administration in a corporate setting.
• High-level proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office and iOS.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Working knowledge of networking infrastructure and Windows Server.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to effectively and clearly communicate technical information to non-technical users.
