Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year

Our Skilled Nursing office provides high‑acuity care for adult and pediatric clients who require complex, continuous, technology‑dependent support. As a Clinical Manager – Adults & Pediatrics, you’ll lead a team of nurses, ensuring safe, high‑quality care, supporting professional growth, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.

• Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff.
• Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
• Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem‑solving for complex care scenarios.
• Model The BAYADA Way, creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Required:

• Current RN license in New Jersey (multi‑state/compact license preferred).
• Experience with adult or pediatric populations; willingness to cross‑train.
• Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
• Comfort with technology‑dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).

• Full‑time role: exempt.
• Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with flexibility for occasional extended hours.
• Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement.
• Participation in on‑call rotation as needed.
