Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and manage individual resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
- Supervise LPNs and CNAs, providing leadership, guidance, and support across the shift.
- Monitor resident progress, document clinical notes accurately, and report changes in status.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and therapy teams to optimize rehabilitation and long-term care outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Previous experience in long-term care, sub-acute rehab, or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
