- Educate, coach, mentor, and inspire all store associates.
- Create a relationship‑based selling culture that aligns with customer needs to drive loyalty and sustainable sales.
- Build a collaborative team that upholds standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of business, competitive landscape, fashion trends, and key drivers to identify sales opportunities.
- Balance operational energy with selling energy to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Attract, identify, and source talent; manage payroll and staffing schedules.
- Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, local, state, and federal employment laws.
